About Us

Kindy College is a Long Day Care Centre caring for 29 children each day from Birth to 6 years. Kindy College offers individualised care to children in two rooms which are split according to the age of the children. Our Nursery caters for children from birth to 2 years, while our pre-school room caters for children from 2-5 years.

Kindy College also has a Before & After-School Program that operates during school terms.

Kindy College is opened from 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We trade for 51 weeks a year, closing between Christmas and New Year.

Kindy College strives to offer a higher than required child to staff ratio when caring for all children, across all age categories.  Our centre is staffed with highly trained and experienced staff that are always on hand to offer care, education and support to our children and their families.

Kindy College is a family owned and operated centre. Kindy College has been operating under the current ownership since 2002. Both the Centre Owner and Centre Manager have extensive experience in the childcare industry, as well as degrees in Early Childhood Education. Kindy College aims to offer high quality care to all families enrolled at the service. Kindy College has been nominated as a finalist in the St George Small Business Awards every year since 2002. In 2005, Kindy College was the Winner of the Small Business Award in the Childcare Services Category.

The centre is licensed by the NSW Department of Community Services, and is accredited under the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS), implemented by the National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC). The centres next accreditation is to be assessed under the National Quality Framework (NQF).

The centre is also registered under Family Assistance Act and thus is able to offer all eligible families fee relief in the form of Childcare Benefit (CCB) and the payment of the Childcare Tax Rebate (CCTR).

The centre is managed and staffed by tertiary trained and experienced staff to ensure that the service that families are provided with is reflective of all current recommendations and demonstrates an awareness of the changing face of childcare in Australia.

Kindy College supplies all necessary provisions for your child. The centre provides all meals for your child, starting with breakfast and then as the day progresses morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late afternoon tea. The centre also supplies all nappies, wipes and linen for your child’s daily needs.
